Until Walmart executives decide to put the customers first, I buy what I need elsewhere. The only reason I go to Walmart is to help ensure that the stock people keep a job restocking what I leave in those buggies.

Usually really clean and tidy but have noticed it's upkeep in straight and tidy isles and racks has begun to not be as clean and kept up as it use to be. But then again, that can be that there were a lot of shoppers who don't think of others that just sit stuff down anywhere after taking it down from a asigned someplace the last few times I have been inside. But it was still a LOT cleaner than the Griffin store which I avoid because things are not in order there.

Can't find anyone to ring you up. There's a skeleton crew of full time employees, all the rest are part time stock people who can't tell you anything. Customer service is not exactly a high priority for Walmart's corporate bigwigs. With the money they generate you'd think that they'd have dozens of full time employees on staff at all times to ensure customer satisfaction. Guess corporate bonuses outway jobs for locals.

Employees could be a little more courteous to the shoppers. Specially when their spending as much money as I do in their store, which it's what makes their pay check. The cashier's don't even say thank you when you check out anymore. And where is the store manager? I use to see the old manger walking around the store all the time taking to customers, I haven't seen a manger in months. And I was told as year ago they was going to get the baby fabric back in, I haven't seen it yet. I live 45 miles from a fabric store, and I make a lot of baby blankets. I've just been saving my money and once a month I'll drive that 45 miles and but $200.00 worth of baby fabric. So disappointed in our local Walmart store

Never enough lanes open. Need more electric scooters. Me & my hubby have to have one or can't shop.

Time and again I've left buggies full of items at the front because I refuse to use the self checkout. Shouldn't Walmart provide someone to do that? It's not like I get an employee discount for scanning and bagging my own items. There's 2 dozen checkout lines EMPTY and they push you to use the self checkout, effectively eliminating the need for a cashier.

I enjoyed my experience here because I did not have to wait for a motor buggy. Almost every Wal-Mart I go to I have to usually wait on a motor buggy. Which is very annoying. They also had a wide selection of toys which was very nice. I want to say thank you to this Wal-Mart for having enough motor buggies to accommodate ppl.
