Office staff in Thomaston office is rude and not helpful at all. Can not even get an appointment and they keep saying we will call you back. It's been about a month now. I was also hung up on when the lady realized I called at 4:58. She literally answered the phone, said Oops and hung up on me.
Dr Boyce has operated on my arm and did an excellent job. As a medical professional myself, I can highly recommend him. I see his work everyday in my own office, and he is an excellent surgeon!
This Dr does not need to be doing surgery on anyone he done what was suppose to be a fairly easy shoulder surgery well it's been I year an my shoulder is worse than before surgery now I have to have a complete shoulder replacement I hope they pull this Dr license to practice worse Dr I've ever seen
Some people might not like his work but my family hasn't had any problems yet and I started seeing him August 2012 for a fractured ankle. Wait times are longer than when I first started seeing him but his patient list has grown considerably. Unlike some doctors Dr. Boyce does take time to explain things to you and then ask if you have any questions or concerns.
Had been told that Dr Boyce was a great doctor by several different people. After an hour of trying to make an appointment and then lady made me feel like she was doing me a big favor to schedule an appointment. When finally got a date it was over a week out. Had already given x-ray and MRI just wanted the best for my son and some relief from the pain he is in yet just not important. Good luck with this office. Doctor might be great, but not administration.
