The staff at the welcome desk were very polite. The pricing was great especially for last minute Thanksgiving booking. The room was clean and the showers were decent. The only problems I had was the other guests were loud and running around. Also, the blanket and the bed cover smelled like they had not been washed, otherwise, the stay was pleasant.
Our room bathroom shower didn't work right. The bed was very uncomfortable The refrigerator didn't get things cold. The free breakfast that didn't have anything except cereal.
Wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay here. Very poor hospitality and very nasty bathrooms
Pretty decent, a little dated and lack luster breakfast, but not bad at all.
Very amazing experience. The breakfast was excellent! 5-star pancakes! Stayed on the second floor and it was very delightful. The housekeepers cleaned the room very well. *SECRET* (if you slip the people at the front desk $30, you can get an extra night!) Will be staying again!
