M-imbs Taxi is the Best in Thomaston. Before them there were 2 other taxi services in town. Although their drivers were friendly there is nothing worse then paying for a ride in a car with no a/c on a hot day. I have my own vehicles also but as a single person I occasionally need a taxi to take me to and from places like auto repair facilities. This taxi service also took great care of me 18 months ago when I had a total knee replacement. I gave the owner $150 up front and they just deducted the trips as needed for my therapy sessions during recovery. As a former limo/truck driver myself I always tip the driver a little extra because I know their job is harder then it looks. This taxi service has been a Great Service to me when ever I needed them.
The MOST horrific taxi service I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I had to drop off a rental car back at Enterprise, and called this company while picking my son up and was informed my rate from Enterprise to Vega Road would be $23.00. Okay. A little steep, but I needed to get back to my vehicle. Upon the driver arriving, he informs me that it is $23.00 per passenger, not for the round this company is a complete joke, and I hope they lose business because of this review or go out of business with the way they operate. Just remember karma always comes back to bite you.
