Having me my wife and my four children plus my God Daughter with me Everytime we come to eat I can easily spend $100 on a family meal here. This used to be our favorite place to eat at here in Thomaston, but the last three times I have brought my family here I have left less and less satisfied. These last two times I am leaving down right pissed. The service has continued to drop substantially. Not only from the wait staff but from the kitchen as well. It took almost 25 minutes just to have our order taken, then another 40 minutes for it to come to the table. The food has constantly gotten worse and completely lacks the flavor we all grew to love. It seems that this Chili's is in a downward spiral due to terrible leadership. I am truly disgusted....

Not the best Chili's I've ever been to. The service left a lot to be desired. The only reason I tipped the server was because she is pregnant. The food was ok. Not a lot of flavor, nothing terribly good or bad can be said. The presentation was beautiful and of a higher quality than a typical chain restaurant.
(Not the big seed buns they normally have)the meat was just hanging off . I think they should let you know if they are using something different and let you decide if you still want it .
Ordered a steak not as good as it use to be. Steak had no flavor or seasoning. Service was great. Next time I will wait and go to longhorn.
Tonight we got Chili's to go . The worst I've had from there. I got a burger and the bun was so small .
