I'm not sure of the lady's name that I spoke with, but she was very helpful. I live in TN and needed some keepsakes sent to the funeral home in Thomaston, GA. Something each child could keep. She took her time and described everything they had, answered my questions, and never once acted as if I was putting her out or taking up her time.
