I called this store in a panic when an important order I made through FTD had to be cancelled last minute towards the end of the the day because FTD told me "no flowers" were available in Thomaston to make my arrangement that day. I spoke to KENDALL who was just the sweetest thing. She was very professional and VERY helpful. Not only did she get my gift out in less than 2 hours, but it was 1/2 the price of what they were charging at FTD! My friend got his gift and was over the moon at the wonderful job she did. THANKS SO MUCH to this store & to Kendall for saving the day!!
A fraud company!! Don't order from them!!# they don't deliver
Horrible! Use any other florist in Thomaston, but do NOT use this one. My PAID order was never delivered to my mother for her birthday. I tried calling Stem By Stem for several days during their posted business hours with no luck. No one returned my calls. I "paged" my number as directed by the voicemail message, but that didn't work either. The owner sent a private message to me today on Facebook at 3 AM and said she would call me today. I have yet to receive that call. However, she sent another private message this evening and asked me not to write anything else on the Stem By Stem FB page because I posted a 1 star review. She has since taken down all reviews on her FB page (there were other 1 star reviews that I wish I'd seen before I placed my order.) As of today, she has changed her contact number on FB, but the number that was originally there is still on her webpage for the business. She deletes anything I post on her business FB page, so I have no other choice but to warn others via Google. She never apologized during our private message conversation, and when I asked her why my flowers were not delivered, she never responded to that. Buyer Beware.
