Love the food, but the delivery service is Terrible!!! Today is the second time it has taken over an Hour to get supper. Even ordering online, our food is always late!
They were a little slow, but not of their own doing. The phone was ringing off the hook. I guess everyone wanted delivery. One was making pizzas, which left only one to make pizza, bread sticks etc. All in all they were doing the best they could.
In the past, we were very happy with Papa John's Pizzas. We ordered a gluten free crust on one of the pizzas, and there was NO sauce on the pizza when we got home. My one topping was also very scant-I might've had 2-3 TINY slices of a mushroom on most slices( like they'd used the last or bottom of the mushroom container instead of getting some fresh, decent ones)--bothers me because GF pizza is a must for me...a SMALL is the only size available@$13.99ea, and I got zero sauce, almost zero topping, and my pizza was actually burned. I'd never had that happen before, but the service/quality was bad enough this time I won't be going back... Back to making my own GF pizza
