I place an order online pizza at 10:15 pizza hut called me at 11:15 saying that I had to come pick up my pizza. Crazy

I placed a order over the phone for delivery so after a hour i called to see what the hold up was he tell me the driver called off I asked why wasnt I informed of the delay he said it was on the way another hour later no pizza had to call back to get my money back i was then informed I couldget store credit he didn't
It may be a chain but I love all the different add-ons that you can put on the pizza. If there is not Chicago deep dish around this is my next choice.
